Spring up to clean up 2010 |

On May 19, ZWATeam members once again participated in Thunder Bay's 2010 "Spring Up to Clean Up' by picking up 4 cubic yards of litter along the Neebing Floodway in the Intercity area. Each year, more than 10,000 volunteers participate in this annual event. Karen Copeland, Thunder Bay's new Litter Prevention Co-oridinator is focusing her efforts on encouraging our community to take a proactive approach to making Thunder Bay more clean, green and beautiful by not littering in the first place.
